Verification
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request. Please quote your invoice number when enquiring us about an order

Transportation time:
Dubai and Sharjah orders are usually delivered within 2 days. Orders to Ajman and Abu Dhabi may take 3-5 days and to Fujairah, Ras Al-Khaimah and Umm-Al-Quwain may take up to 10 days
Shipping rates: Deliveries and installation to Dubai and Sharjah are free; Ajman and Abu Dhabi are free if the order value is above 1000, otherwise a delivery charge of 100 applies; Fujairah, Ras Al-Khaimah and Umm-Al-Quwain are free if order value is above 2000, otherwise a delivery charge of 250 applies
Can I refuse to sign and pay for the COD order?
Yes, you could.
But we will charge you shipping fee If the product is not faulty, (i.e. if you changed your mind or if you are unhappy with the product for some other reason), the cost of shipping will fall on you.
